I have not seen many posts about how to successfully get a refund from Spartan. Like many of you, my race was "postponed" indefinitely then cancelled on the day of the race. I contacted Spartan support asking for a refund and they flat out refused, stating it was against the Spartan way (I doubt keeping people's money is the Spartan way either).A class action lawsuit has been filed against obstacle race organizer Spartan Race Inc. for establishing a "worthless" insurance scheme.
