They're honestly terrible. It's just more afk thieving. Just make the rouge outfit minigame less convoluted and give comparable xp rates to ardy knights, but add ticket machines like the agility arena or something idk.

No stress at all. Most don't recommend ardy knights until like 75. I started at 55 thieving, that was long before dodgy necklaces were introduced to the game. so i'd say at 55. Wouldn't do it without full rogues, the exp isn't high but you make it worthwhile by doubling the gp.
