HOIL Arc Grenade Spam Titan will be a good build for several of the GM's. There's a couple of void burn GM's where it wouldn't be bad to run a Void HOIL build to spam weakening grenades (it also helps that Void grenades have overload this season) You could probably run those two builds and get through the majority of GM's this season. Honest question. HOIL cooldown reduction after using an ability is really noticeable on top of that, it buffs your abilities. While on the other hand HH cooldown reduction without your super charged is barely noticeable, and with it, it’s a bit noticeable, but then your forced to hold on to your super if you want that increased cool down reduction.1- for hoil specifically reduce the damage buff on grenade empowerment or remove it entirely. Hoil's whole identity is the ability spam gameplay loop. So keeping/preserving the ability regen is key the damage could be lost and most people wouldn't mind. 2- a- target nerfs to storm nades.
