Make sheet ropes have durability that needs to be restored over time with new sheet ropes. Perhaps proper rope would have higher durability than sheet rope. Add a fall chance when using sheet ropes based on stats similar to those that increases the chance of falling when hopping a fence, i.e. strength, carrying weight, fatigue, endurance.Hmmm, the only idea I have is perhaps you need a wooden window itself to attach the rope to, and the wall with the window cutout by itself isn't enough. There should be two options: "rip" for ripped sheets/bandages and "craft" for sheet rope. Seems to be the game's rather spaghetti coding with the crafting system, it's much more evident with more clothing mods and such when you try ripping something into rope/sheets.
