I received a pod about 3 weeks ago to help assist with some week signal areas in my house. Unfortunately the device will not connect.

Hi, I am trying to connect to the Xfi pod via iphone xfinity app and it constantly shows me "Let's try that again". I tried installing and reinstalling the app and having Xfi pod close to the phone no blutooth connected and such.
