Theres very small yellow dots on the minimap to show where to hand in quests. I suggest getting questie, it adds back the !/? markers on the minimap and shows where quest objectives are. So problem's what's described on the tin - the quest tracker on the right side of the screen isn't displaying on one of my chars, but works fine on the others (used to be there though). I've tried resetting the tracker position, fiddling with the scaling and reinstalling through Twitch.
