Within that selection, you can remove private info and restore CUE to its factory state. Cadillac has a nice training app for CUE that explains this as well.Afterwards, the CUE display flickered, then went black. The tech who installed the tint said that they use water to get it to adhere to the windshield and that some water may have gotten on the display. My Escalade 2016 Cadillac CUE started freezing and jumping from one menu to the other with hardly any response when I click anything on the screen. I thought it was a lose connection, so I started pushing on the frame surrounding the LCD. The whole CUE O/S was updated on the late model 2017's - 2018's so the UI is gonna be different. They have this apps thing, the presets are on the top, and some things from before are missing (like the SMS app). Every now and then the radio station presets on my CUE gray out and are no longer selectable.
