The shopper can work with Shipt HQ and request for the order to be dropped if he/she needs help for whatever reason. If this happened you would have been or will be notified from Shipt HQ. Shipt is allowing late forgiveness to the shopper mainly because of long wait times/substitutions etc. That's said.
