Raldbthar is a Dwarven Ruin located in North Eastern Skyrim. You can find it by traveling West of Windhelm. It is also the location of one of the Aetherium Shards during the quest Lost to the Ages .This is for the quest Lost to the Ages. It can be initiated by reading a book called "The Aetherium Wars". One can be found on a corpse near Mzulft. There is also a shard here in the Storage Room seperate form the dungeon itself. Mzulft is located in the Rift.
