Tome of infinite wisdom

I've played around with it a little and it seems pretty good. I'm just not sure if it's worthwile to reforge or not. The ones I use mostly are the Unholy Trident, Spirit Flame and Toxic Flask. The Tome's Tornado attack (the right-click one, not the left-click one where it just fires a few pages) is somewhat adequate against large groups.
