Since fixing the cam timing / torsion value to be at the factory spec, not only is the car a LOT more lively to drive, but I am seeing a 5-10% improvement in fuel economy (measured with the odometer and fuel pump). Additionally, the econometer reading was previously 10-20% optimistic, and it now only reads 2-3% high.

I see nothing but one persons opinion with no facts what so ever. My favorite snake oil statement is that it reduces regens by "up to" 50%. Per Hot Shot you use it once every 6 months so the claimed cetane increase is pretty meaningless. For a cetane booster to work, it has to be used with every tank of fuel.
