This manual is a living document and will be amended as needed, based on changes made by the State as well as any internal program requirements implemented. Please keep in mind that the State sets the minimum requirements and the County can impose standards above and beyond the State’s guidance.

This manual chapter is subject to change as the implementation and operations of SBHS continue to evolve.
