I bought the +25% XP booster and spent over an hour in the Stormblind Complex. I levelled up twice but it wouldn't let me assign the points. After i went back to doing the missions and levelled up again but then i had one skill point to assign. I thought Respec might fix it, so i did but i only have 14 skill point and i'm level 19!
