Theoretically this xp/h with d2h has been obtainable since day 1. You would just need enough people to continually spec transfer for 5mins straight. Its always been there for chinning. But with the release if clw, you got spec back on death or exit so you needed far less people to do this, like just 2-3 more spec xferer than the OP of the tweet.
