only if you don't want something..say you only want 5.1 channel x265 videos, but not 2 channel, you could add a "does not contain 2.1, 2-channel, etc" For series where i only want x265 content, I have a profile explicitly stating "must contains". For series where I know there may not be x265 content, I use this profile, so far it works very well. HEVC and x265 are just two different names for the same thing. Similarly, AVC and x264 are the same thing. Most non-4k x265 content right now is likely to be a reencode from x264.
