I can't find one for over your head specifically, but you can go to Runelite plugins > Status Bars > select hitpoints for either left or right bar, you can also put prayer points, spec bar,or run energy in the secondary info bar. I had the same issue with monitor flickering whenever playing and realized it was because my monitor's freesync would kick in whenever a game was running between 48 - 144fps and since the game runs at 50fps, any small spike in framerate would cause it to flicker between freesync ON and freesync OFF.
