PT’s Coffee Roasting Co. began in 1993 as a single coffee shop in Topeka, Kansas. An intense passion for coffee led us to start roasting in our second retail location in 1997. Since then, we’ve opened our own roasting facility, equipped it with a Diedrich IR-5, IR-24, and Gothot 90-Kilo and have been recognized as Roast Magazine‘s 2009 Roaster of the Year.Once the coffee is harvested, the real work starts: processing.
