Hello and thanks for the comment. You’re correct, bourbon distilled in Canada wouldn’t make much sense. Per Preservation Distillery, Rare Perfection was distilled from a “bourbon mash bill”, but it obviously can’t be labeled as “bourbon”. Technically it’s a Canadian Whiskey and the label does reflect that.
