2e Concentrate has nothing to do with 5e Concentration. Sustain and Concentrate are also unrelated. Sustain means you have to spend an action to sustain an effect. Concentrate means you have to be able to think clearly to do that action. The main thing that interferes with the Concentrate trait is barbarian rage.
