symbol saying "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." I googled it and it says it could mean that the package was lost/stolen/mis-sorted, etc. (Also, my package said it's currently in transit on a fedex vehicle.) Has anyone else have gotten this message before?

That is a 2-day delay (not counting another 2 days that the package spent in the warehouse doing nothing, but the days were accounted for).
