Nautiloid tutorial chest

I can't find bags in the Nautiloid tutorial chest! I've long rested but the vendors aren't selling the bags! This means the mod is not enabled properly in your game. Make sure you have installed and enabled via your mod manager of choice. Make sure it is visible and enabled in the load order section of your mod manager.
