The closest thing is a PhD in neuroscience. You might consider working in a lab that works with humans, such as human tissue or even doing intraoperative recording of brain activity. I know many MD/PhDs who do full time consulting in industry (biotech). I even did it for a while (my practice was part time). You don't train for this- you leverage your expertise when it is in demand and have the right connections. I'm pretty sure that NIH-funded MSTP programs usually pay about 21-25K a year (depending on the school) for all 7-8 years of the MD/PhD program. There are other schools with smaller (non-MSTP) programs that have more variation - some pay less per year, some only during the PhD years, etc. Hope that helps!
