This is well known. And just as well known and completely ignored for some reason, is that the reason we don't have more hats and hairstyles for Female Viera and Male Hrothgar is because SE was busy making Male Viera and Female Hrothgar. Once they finish and release them, they can finally start working on adding more hats and hairstyles.
