Dr. Chelease Parks is the Director of Operations for KVC Missouri. Chelease earned her Ed. D from Capella University and her MAED from Ashford University. Previously Chelease was a Chief Operating Officer for an adolescent male QRTP in Eastern Illinois. She has 15 years of experience working in residential and community-based organizations.
