Masw survey

The survey consisted of 34 sites covering the most populated areas of Trabzon city by MASW method and boreholes on 15 of 34 sites to valid Vs-depth profiles obtained by MASW with local geologic settings. GRA was carried out for 18 sites to obtain site-specific PSA curves and spectral amplification.

Masw survey. The results of MASW surveys are then cross-verified with eight numbers of SPT profiles up to the rock depth, which were conducted as a part of geotechnical investigations. Figure 1 shows the site plan and testing locations of SPT as well as MASW surveys. Six numbers of 1D MASW surveys were conducted near to the boreholes.
