Absolutely, hyper palatable foods are IMHO one of the biggest factors of the obesity epidemic. They are literally chemically engineered to keep the consumer wanting more and more. Like, one cannot say that most fast foods like Mc Donald's or whatnot are good, per se. They are super greasy and also make you feel bloated and tired afterwards.
