What a great find! Hop Jack's is open late, has excellent service, wonderful food and drinks, and is inexpensive! Hop Jack's makes almost everything on site, including their own sauces. They are known for making cool drinks at the bar, even frozen mugs made of ice. We had the best waiter we've had in a very long time at Hop Jack's via Ramone.

I picked Hops n Drops because it was within walking distance from our hotel. We walked over to the restaurant twice. The first time was to relax after a stressful drive on I-5.
