Cross Snake River, turn right. My favorite at Heise Hot Springs is the pizza at the restaurant. It is very good. The cookie and brownie desserts are also worth the drive. We live in Idaho Falls, about twenty minutes away, and we love to come here on a summer evening for pizza. We sit outside and enjoy the rushing river and cool green lawns. The hot pools are nice and hot. The warm and hot pools were a great temperature, and obviously more crowded. The locker rooms need some serious TLC. The toilets are enclosed with the same flimsy curtains as the dressing rooms.
