I think pretty much every minigame including jad/inferno/raids 1 is safe but raids 2 is NOT safe. You can tell the difference between safe and not safe deaths by where you respawn. That's fundamentally what an unsafe death is. Minigames like fight caves, inferno, fight pits, castle wars, etc. have safe deaths that don't lose HCIM status.
