Check fuses #1, 3, 5 and 6 (all 10 amp); they control the headlights. I don't see any indication of lowbeam relays on the left size of the box. I see the fuses for them and the relays for AC, heating, and etc.. A few posts above, someone posted a link with the diagram and fuse box.
