Single target GCDs should be on the shape buttons and oGCDs and CDs should go on the D-pad. For AoE, I use the L2 + R2 shape buttons. You can have L2 > R2 and R2 > L2 go to different hotbars and if that’s the case you won’t even need the double click bars but I map both of those to the same hotbar for consistency.
