Apr 8, 2012 · The problem is, when I run fallout the mouse control makes the game unplayable. If I move my mouse fast in a circle, the cursor on screen is fine and matches my motion with the mouse, but as I slow down the cursor starts to stutter and eventually just moves in a square pattern even though my mouse is still going in a circle.
