I got a situation where my Wife’s H4 approved Petition I-797 along with I-94 is lost . I have applied for Replacement I-797 where there will be no I-94 at the bottom as per USCIS website. But to obtain H4 Driver license in Illinois, DMV asks Approved petition & I-94. I have the original I-94(Card) when I entered US which is already expired now.
