I do my daily jewelry writs and surveys and can do both blue and purple jewelry writs every now and then. TL;DR it's between Precise and Infused and depends what setup you're running, which will change in an optimised group depending on content. Potent and Fortified can both drop from any node/creature that can spawn nirncrux. I've gotten both types from all the available nodes. (Yeah, a large part of my ESO fortune is from nirncrux and mat sales.) Its a 1 in 200 chance to get nirncrux, doubled from pre-One Tamriel, and 1 in 4 of those will be potent.Nirnhoned with un resistable enchant. Stamina depends on your crit, if it's over 55% or so go sharpened. No point in giving up extra pen over crit that 99% of the player base will negate via impen and shields anyway.
