Emuiibo current game is not intercepted

not being intercepted #178. so a few months ago emuiibo worked but i recently updated the console and everything else redownloaded it but when ever i try using it and game it always say's current game is not being intercepted i also start it before i start the game.

emuiibo has it's own emutool for generating amiibos (seperate Windows executable), and iirc the format was changed for the emuiibo 1.0 update.
