Elder Skarg is a Force affinity legendary from the Barbarians faction. Elder Skarg was buffed in September 2020 becoming one of the best Spider 20 killers in the game. He is now able to place an AOE HP burn alongside True Fear on all enemies.

This means that it will no longer place True Fear or HP Burn on enemies.
