With No Mither you don't need to fear perks like Nurse's Calling. You don't need healing and don't slow the team down by Self Caring in a corner after every chase. NOED has no effect on you, nor do any of the double damage Killer powers. Thus you don't even have to think about cleansing totems in fear of NOED.
