yes - I think so at least. It’s the attack that hits with an initial lightning strike, a secondary lightning bolt, and then leaves your weapon charged with lightning for 10sec or so. If you’re saying the buff isn’t impacted by shard, then maybe I replace with a more impactful talisman. I will test it out a bit !

Makes sense but its still pretty dumb. You can use whetstone to rescale it to faith, but faith whetstone is locked behind endgame, while flame whetstone is easily available any time.
