Not sure what to call this style of barbecue, but it was very good. It's a honey-mustard sauce on some of the most tender pulled pork you could wish for. I was heading north on I-95 when the barbecue bug struck and the Duke's billboard beckoned. It's a short drive off the highway, but the signs direct you in pretty well. We had an enjoyable experience at Dukes BBQ yesterday. It's a simple pulled pork BBQ and fried chicken buffet just outside Charleston. It costs about $20 per person. The main items are BBQ pulled pork with different sauces including Carolina Gold (our favorite), Carolina Spicy (also excellent) and traditional BBQ sauce.Duke's Blues-n-BBQ is southern barbecue at its finest, right at home in the midwest.
