Double slice is a great way to ramp up dpr. Is 2 attacks for 2 actions, but both at full attack bonus. Assuming agile off hand weapon. Imo, that's better than saving an action, but taking - 4 on 2nd attack. Edit, double slice only applies precision once, so ymmv.
