I love this game but if there is one thing I think should have some change its the Civil Abilities. After getting a 4-man party, everyone is focusing on different stuff and they cap their main (around level 14?) it feels like they are putting wasted points in there.The extra points remain even after you spec out of polymorph so you can remove all the polymorph points at the mirror, hit accept, go back into the mirror and repeat this process for more and more attribute points. At least that’s how it worked for me. In case it’s different for different version, this is on PC, DOS2 Definitive Edition.The problem is, if I lower bartering, at all, I can't raise it again. The respec screen seems to say hey, this is over 5, so you can't put points in it, period. So once I respec into persuasion I can never put my full 5 points into bartering again due to the traits (I can remove gear, not the same for these traits). You can get them from basically any vendor, so stealing some shouldnt be any issue (if the thieving character already has a normal one in his/her inventory the resulting pile of scrolls will also not be labelled "stolen" so they could even check your bag if you mess up). But eventually you want to find ways to not use as many resurrection scrolls.The larian one just places a respec mirror in the arena in fort joy. It is exactly what you want, doesnt break the game. Go back to the Lady Vengeance, go the the lowest floor, and go to the magic mirror, you can completely respec from there.
