Does call of brine stack with overcharge

yeah it does not trigger the sound. i have ran this combo and honestly most of the time i think running brine alone is better since overcharge takes 12 sec to go above the avg speed regression.

Does call of brine stack with overcharge. Not sure how I feel about Overcharge being a worse Call of Brine, but at least they stack. Also, current prestige levels will now be tripled. Without combining them with each other or lets say Overcharge, what do you think of these perks? Personally i think Call of Brine would KINDA be okaish on its own, but Eruption still presents a problem due to its lack of counter.
