Look closer. The passive itself has +debuff% chance books, so everytime the passive triggers, its 100% chance to sleep when fully booked. But it has to be poisons placed by that champ specifcally. Thank goodness the poisons are 4 turn duration on a 3 turn cooldown. Lizard is absolutely nutty and an amazing addition.Pretty much this entire website, is a stub.
