In celebration of our 35th Anniversary and to honor of our founder, the Center for Action and Contemplation invites you to join us for a series of free Virtual Sit meditations each week beginning on Friday, October 21. Each meditation will be livestreamed to Facebook and YouTube and will last from 10:00am – 10:30am PT (1:00–1:30pm ET; 5:00–5:30pm GMT).
