Can you tame corrupted dinos ark

Granted you can only have 254/255 wild levels in any stat but at that point any Dino is pretty absurd. I think I did the math once and even Dodos would end up doing something like 90-130 raw damage with either 255 levels in the stat or 255 wild levels and all the post tame levels with imprint and mate boost.

I cant upload my creatures. I accidently joined a server with extremely high ping to do some taming safe from pvp. Got disconnected and couldnt get back in for about an hour. Lost everything on my body, but managed to upload the little that was on my dino. The dino its self wont upload.
