Bowtech tomkat

Wrong. I should have been asking questions before buying. I got an old Bowtech Tomkat, year unknown, with a 70# draw that I don't have enough strength to pull back. And now I read off from a Bowtech general manual that the bow shouldn't be drawn with the limb bolts backed off more than 2 1/2 turns. Still too much to pull.

Any info isDec 15, 2006 · On the TomKat, you can change the drawlength by changing out the small black modules on each of the cams. If down the road you want to change the draw length, you'd have to get a different pair of modules from your pro-shop or buy them (ebay, AT, or BowTech). I was quoted $25 for a pair from BowTech. These are the older 2006 mods but the mounting pattern is the same as the newer type of module 2007 and 2008. Please make sure the module you have is the same style as the one in the picture. I was looking for a used mathews for around $500. My brother had a Bowtech Tomkat that he never used and asked if he wanted to sell it.
