I'm looking at a Belgian-made SA22 and its serial number doesn't seem to conform to ANY of the conventions listed on the Browning website, irrespective of date or location of manufacture. Its serial number is in this format: nnnnnT72. (where n is a numeral, first two numerals are 06 and clearly the 0 is a zero)
