My first fill at 1/2 tank approx. 1800 miles driven, put in 2.5 gals Blue DEF Platinum. Switched to standard BLUE DEF for the last two times with no problems. I always refill at 1/2 tank. I originally bought the Platinum at a recommendation, but it isn't needed. My truck is not a DD. Your choice. JD

In that time it’s basically used a full tank of DEF. it was at about 1/2 at 5k and about the same now. The dealer topped the tank as part of the 5k service and I’ll assume the same this week. It’s not really a big deal. I did buy a container of Blue DEF and topped off the Gladiator as I didn’t like seeing it low.
