This preset is designed for "Cathedral Weathers and Seasons" (with my patch), "Enhanced Volumetric Lighting and Shadows (EVLaS)", "Water for ENB" and "Embers XD". These mods are rather “hard requirements” now. To use the full potential of ENB, for most weather conditions I've made a separate ini. This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points. Since ENB just takes more fps than Reshade, I fiddled a lil' bit - and so far, Obsidian Weathers, EVLaS and Reshade gave me the best experience.
