The Augusta Regional SPCA provides an adoption facility year-round to the communities of Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro, and to all communities outside these areas. On September 1, 2011, the ARSPCA relinquished the duties of intaking stray companion animals to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center in Lyndhurst, VA. Our Mission.
